 Tiger Valley will host its first Vietnam vintage match. This match will be held sometime in June. All weapons used must be period or exterior correct. No compensators or race equipment will be allowed. All single stack pistols and revolvers will be allowed. This means you can use your M1A, .30 Carbine, and AR-15. |

Many weapons used in VN by the NVA/VC including:
French Lebels, Berthiers, MAS36 & MAS49 Japanese Arisakas Many Mausers including Russian capture K98s Mosin M91, M91/30, M38, M44 captured American Arms including Model 1917 captured Aussie FALs (I bet the Aussies didn't lose many of these) Pre-WWII Dutch rifles and carbines hand-made examples of these and others Regards, Mahatma |

The weapons used would have to depend on what side you want to be on. If you plan on shooting at the VC targets we will be doing it from the perspective of the US soldier. If you want to use com-block weapons I guess you would have to stand among the targets...Just kidding. You can use any weapons the GI's used in Vietnam. |
