Every now and then, a thread like this is good.  Please post the names and locations of the dealers you favor.  Also, a little bit about the dealer.

One Shot
Newtown, Hamilton County
513-233-0885

Brief overview: All sorts of guns to be found, but more oriented towards the Black Rifle.  Staff is intelligent (and posts here).  Good ammo selection.  Prices are very fair.
VERY Black Rifle Friendly.  Very good Black Rifle selection.

Shooters Supply Shop
Loveland, Hamilton County
513-683-2911
Brief overview:  Keeps a tight inventory, but has a representative sample of most types of firearms.  Ammo selection is pretty good.  Good prices.  Owners and staff are generalists, and knowledgeable in a wide range of firearms.  Black Rifle Friendly, but not to the degree that One Shot is.

I forgot to add in Aim Surplus.  They are local too.

Please keep this to in-state folks only.

Even though I live in the Cincinnati area I prefer Vance's Shooters Supply in Columbus. They have a HUGE inventory with lots of police trades and the prices are decent.

I always go to vance's shooters supplies, Iv'e bought 4 rifles from them in the past year and have had nothing but great service and knowledgeable sales reps. They have good pricing and a normally wide selection. Gun World in hilliard is also a good one, high prices but the guy has high quality weapons and takes care of his shit so there's my two

Never found much use at Barne's.  People never took me seriously when I was there but not many dealers take a 24 year old seriously since they think I don't have money in my pocket.

My favorite dealer is Pooh Bear.  He's usually out between 2 am and 4 am, he sells at the corner of North Main and....Wait.  You meant GUN dealers?

+1 on both Aimsurplus and One Shot.

Olde English has its moments also.

+1

I primarily shop between the two stores and have been very happy with the service and prices.  Sportsman's Den is typically a bit cheaper and is willing to deal sometimes.  The prices at FF&F Outfitters are firm with no wiggle room.

True, sometimes when FF&F has a gun sale, it is Sportsmans Den regular price. Everything else is only a buck or two between them.

Good, friendly folks though their prices are MSRP.

I'm closer to Cleveland now and did my last transfer through Paul Brobst in Lyndhurst.  He went the extra mile to make sure the transfer went through (the seller's dealer wasn't up to date on procedures).

I haven't bought any hardware from Pro Gun in Cuyahoga Falls, but I use their range often.  Again, very friendly people.

Grant at G&R Tactical.  Awesome guy to deal with.  Has some awesome specials now and again.  Every day pricing is pretty good too.  Does a lot of custom builds for people.

I used to go to Dick's Gun Room, and then recently, it seemed that their pricing was creeping up a bit (both ammo and firearms).

+1 For the guys at Pro Gun, I was hoping someone was going to mention them...  and I'm glad they got the range back up and running again after the fire...
