I was tired of being cooped up in the house for the last couple of days, so I decided to head outside for some fresh air. I went out into the ammo bunker and decided I was going to clean it up a bit. In the process I yacked...

I have went from 219 lbs to 203 since satruday night (water weight), and have not needed or wanted a smoke..I tried to have one yesterday just to see if the headache would go away, but no dice...

Maybe being sick is not that bad, I have lost more weight being sick than I have in the last 2 weeks of running.
