tacoma rifle and revovlver club is a decent range. what kind of shooting are you looking for? they run a bunch of benchrest and smallbore matches. i believe their rifle range is 200 yards, but last time i was there they were doing some work, maybe extending it. smallbore range is 100 yards. never been in the handgun range, but i think it is 50 yards(may only be 50 feet though).
