I am looking for any shooting clubs in the eastern Washington or Northern Idaho area. I would even be willing to go out shooting with a group of responsible shooters even if it was not at a club event. I just enjoy taking the Family out shooting, and I have a group of freinds that would also like to go out shooting with some new people. My freinds and I are all very responsible.

Like competition, or just a range? Mica is a good range. INAS (INAS.US) is a good IPSC club. SPPL, Fernan in CdA... lots of options. Gotta narrow it down.

Nope I am actually in Newport about 45 miles north of Spokane. I have heard of Santos and a freinds wife went there to get her Utah concealed carry. She said it was a good place to go, I was just wanderinf has anyone here done any of his carbine classses.

I live in CDA, and can vouch for Ed. Very structured courses, awesome range they have there, and great staff.

If you want to shoot in the woods, there are a LOT of places in North Idaho... But I'm not giving up any secret spots on this board :)

I would love to try competion, I have never shot for competion, just eating. I would love to do some mil-sim type training to get some new techniques. Any ideas?

Only outfit here I have trained with was Ed Santos at Center Target Sports in Post Falls. I recommend him.

Washington State Rifle and Pistol Association

At the top of the webpage linked above, click the "Clubs" tab.  It lists Rifle and Pistol clubs in Washington.

If you click on "Disciplines", you will find match schedules for Highpower, Bullseye pistol, smallbore and others.

Good luck!
