[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Shipping Question

I have someone wanting to purchase a rifle from me that lives in So Cal. I live in Texas.

What are the policies/laws for doing this? I've never shipping a firearm before so I'm new at this.

It's a Ruger 10/22 so it shouldn't be on any ban list that I would know of

Have your FFL ship to the buyer's FFL.

it only has to be recieved by an ffl. just make sure the ffl will recieve a rifle from a non ffl. it is perfectly legal but some still won't.
