It seems there's more and more SW Ohio/Tri-state area AR15.com members popping up.

What does everyone think about an AR15.com get-together? I was thinking August 8th or 9th to give plenty of time to plan for it. It seems to make sense to have it in the Cincinnati area. Dayton is good too.

Any ideas? Who's in?

Awww nuts! My last day @ work is the 8th and I leave for Atlanta (till Jan.) on the 9th

I'd be in for the 8th or 9th, as long as it is in or around the Dayton area. Maybe one of the eating establishments around the Dayton Mall?

Dayton area sounds good to me. Not real familure with the area for places though. Any suggestions? Would rather go Friday the 8th but Saturday ain't a deal breaker

Yep.

I will be there at around 7pm with Tweety. I will have a pic of an AR15 printed out and set it up at our table. I'll email everyone who has responded to confirm in case they miss this thread in time.

Marion's is (demographic neutral), has plenty of seating, and South Dayton is pretty central to everyone in the region, this could be a good spot for regular get-to-gethers.

IT was nice meeting all you guys and (gal). Had a good time and shared good conversation.

Hopefully we can do it again in a month or so and have a new non-pc range to shoot at this year. I'll try to get some info and pics by this Sunday on the range.

Yeah it was indeed a great time!! Glad to meet all you guys in person and it was great to have the Columbus contingency come down!

We will definately do another one in a few weeks and plan for a regional SW OH shoot now that Siennfein has what sounds like a perfect place for a gathering! We'll plan it out and do it up right!
