if one owned an ar15 type weapon, and eventually it was listed as an assault rifle, would it be possible to register it as a SBR?assuming you paid the tax stamp?
are short barreled rifles even aval. for registering in kalli?

California has a seperate ban on SBR, it doesn't matter if it's a registered AW or not.

LBDD - large bore destructive device

SBR huh! huh! Whatever! Stop making me dream about such things. If ya need to, get 14.5 inch upper w/phantom then you can pretend it's an SBR. It may help with your whatever counciling you may need if your suffering from CA gunowners depression.
