Did you make it?

It doesn't look like a photoshop, so whoever made it probably just saved the main page to their computer, opened it in notepad, and added that little entry and took a screenshot of it, which is why you don't see the address bar because it probably says something like "C:/Windows/desktop/cadoj.html". Now had they taken the picutre, then opened up the real page, cut both in half and put them together in paint so the address bar from the real one was over the address bar of the fake one, that would have been much better.

Still funny and nicely done though

I did edit the url so it had the right address but cut it out to make the image smaller
