Anyone work as a roughneck for the onshore rigs in PA, looking at Patterson UTI for employment.  But would love some first hand info prior to following through with the hiring process.

I know lots of people in the industry but not specifically uti. If its like everywhere else they are dying for local workers. Can see it being to hard to get one some where. Sorry not much help. Good luck!!!!
