Supposedly they are calling for rallies at every state capital at 12pm.

I am finding NOTHING more about this on the internet. All of you considering please search for more resources. This is a long trip for us if we are 3 out of the 4 or 5 people who will be attending. I love a good road trip, for a good cause.

I am at work, and I want to go when I get off if there is something to attend. If there is nothing to attend I would just as soon take a nap in the morning.

I mean if I drive home for this I can visit my family since I am in college, not a big deal to drive to Austin for me.

I have an exam in 45min but after that I am good for the week pretty much.

To what purpose? The legislature isn’t in session. There aren’t likely to be any government employees about. Most likely the only people you’ll come across are people parking in the state garages for the UT football game. So other than some DPS guys and random employees at the Capitol, who are you sending a message to?

And if they were here to hear it, what could they even do about it? You’re going to tell your legislator you want votes in other states counted fairly?

I know the tree. I headed over there to get some shade and got yelled at for sitting on the wall. I looked for you based on the photo you posted (not sure if it was you). I approached a guy in a blue t-shirt with a snake flag and asked if he was from the Dallas area, but he said no.

Maybe next time. I’m sure Biden will give us plenty of reasons to head to Austin to make ourselves heard. I’m only about an hour away near San Antonio.
