I used to work at the same factory as the shooter. He was a quiet sort of fellow. The news said he shot the other rager from his car seat after the guy came to his car door. Apparently, neither self defense or stand your ground applies if you are said to be willingly participating in the event.
He is locked up on a 2nd degree murder charge. |
