For you FL folks that have recently submitted your C3 forms (1 or 4), what is your average wait time due to this recent change (Examiners assigned by State) My F4 for my can was approved within a month but that was before the restructuring. Thanks |

I wouldn't imagine it would change. I thought Pickles had a quick reputation too. With the reassignment of examiners by state here recently, I think we got Lamberger, I didn't know if they would throw the paperwork to whoever was taking over that state or if the forms in process with an examiner stayed with that examiner until they were finished. |

I would guess the increasing delays in Florida government everything are due to the massive state worker layoffs that are happening under the new management. (Mods-not being political at all-just stating a fact Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the NFA process has absolutely nothing to do with the Florida government and is strictly a federal process. |

Obviously i know how to find out if they cashed my check. Do you simply call them? |

As long as the check is cashed, you (usually) are in the pipe and it's just a waiting game. Calling doesn't speed up the process or slow it down. If the examiner needs anything he or she will call you. YMMV as TonyK always says. |

(Mods-not being political at all-just stating a fact You clearly do not know the process at all. The State govt has NOTHING to do with wait times.... Not being evil, just stating a fact. |
