Sold a gun to a guy in Alabama (pistol). The guy's FFL (gun store) said he has no probelm accepting a gun from a private party. Do I need to fill out anything personally to include in the package to him? He said he would fax me his FFL but it's been so long since I sold across statelines that I can't remember if I actually have to send something with it or just send him the gun itself. I was going to call and ask him for clarification (haven't gotten his fax yet) but he's off today and tomorrow. The person I talked with today didn't do anything with transfers, basically just watching the counter and knew how to do point sales.
