From what I understood, its ok to buy a rifle in a contiguous state to that of your residence.
Thats the way it used to be at least. I would think its ok but you could call Bud's and see what they say since you are buying from them. |

You should be good to go being from IN.
During the Sale at Bud's my dad bought a .17 rifle and he is from Michigan. As long as you are going to Bud's you are about 10 min from Fayette Firearms off of I -64. Might be worth checking them out. I have picked up several nice guns from them. |
