Did anyone drive down to Oregon to buy tickets?

Imagine winning $362,000,000. First thing I would do is move to a hotel to avoid unwanted guests. Then get a new cell phone to avoid all those wierd calls. Then I would open a gunshop, heheh. Then buy a lot of land and build both indoor and outdoor shooting ranges. The I would have a party with Blowers and Hook. Heheh. Sadly, in reality, much of your 1st week would be spent in law and bank offices. But, it would be worth it, don't ya think?

Buy Doty,

And change the name to DaBunnyville. Sorry... I've been drinking.

DaBunnyville would have 40 coffee houses. There would be 20 gunshops and 10 steakhouses.

It's population would still be 86. No lines!

I like what I'm hearing so far.

Coffee, steak and guns are my life. Neighbors are over-rated.

Any chance of getting a pub that delivers?within walking crawling distance?

re-fixt'd.

With the Mega Millions lotto reaching over the 200 million mark almost every other month here in Washington State, I really dont see the advantage of spending my money and wasting all that gas for a trip to Portland.   Years ago when i lived in Longveiw it was a different story, just a trip across the cowitz rivier into Ranier Oregon, Play the Power Ball and buy gas with no state tax.  What a deal !!

I would buy you all lunch at TGI Fridays, then give you all a Jennings .25 for protection,  and last but not least, I would hire TRG to move out here fulltime and be TBD's "fluffer".

I think I would buy myself a 24hr knobber.  Then build a gun store.

Do you live down here (Vancouver area) gunrunner?

That is The Columbia River.  A trip across The Cowlitz would land you in Kelso.

ETA - We have no sales tax on gas in WA.  I have yet to see OR gas be any cheaper of note in the past.

$2.39/gal diesel
$1.95/gal gas (Portland prices)

What you got?

I hear you. In 1999 Oregon had the highest prices on gasoline of any state in the U.S., including Hawaii where all their fuel must be shipped in.

Thanks for the correction, Well when i would cross the big bridge south of Longveiw and land in the little town of Ranier there were many advantages in Oregon for the Washington state consumer.

Back in 1988 the gas was cheaper over there and the grocery with no sales tax was great.  The Oregon State lottery always had a better varity of games with bigger jack pots, including the mighty multi state Power Ball.  The only bad thing was when i worked for PGE, Trojan Nuclear,  got hammered with the state income tax, over  nine percent really sucked.  The people were really nice and the strip clubs in Portland were awesome, you could drink and eat and enjoy the show at the Cropolis or club 48 you were good to go............

I wouldn't change my life much.  I'd continue to work.  Maybe cut back on overtime a bit......
