Any Philly area gun shop have any WASR's in stock?  If so how much....Aimsurplus has them for $310 with all accessories (2 mags).

If you can find a Dunhams Sporting Goods store in your area they have WASR's for $299...mine was $319 out the door, and they usually have a few on display so if one looks like it has sight cant problems you could always look at the next one... Good luck and merry Christmas!

Not sure about price .
