I called the DOJ about the .50 registration, which is a different form from the I think FD-23 form. Anyways, point being call the DOJ and they will mail you some.

I am pretty sure the form will NOT be posted on the DOJ website - it's a card, and you have to get thumbprinted at an authorized location too.
The DOJ will likely announce that the cards are available for those registering certain makes/models that have been declared. It will be very low-key. Make sure you stay tuned here and/or on Calguns.net to hear about it. Bill Wiese San Jose CA |
