TNVC Partners With Envision Technology - MARS Rangefinder Family, MARS-Lc!

Hello everyone. New on the site here, and love it already. Looks to be alot of people shooting at Tri County, which me (i'm 39) and my Dad (he's 61) just joined 2 monthes ago.

Were going to the IPSC certifaction next month, and Dad is wanting to get heavily involved in the matches. He's shooting a CZ 9mm. Im sorta leaning towards practical rifle, and 200/300 yard, and eventually 600 yard, with my Savage 10FP .308. I also shoot a Glock 19 and will try IPSC.
I've been checking out the .223 Bushmasters lately, and will buy one probably in a month or two.

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hey.

Don't forget next Sunday (next weekend that is) is Speed Steel and the Saturday after that is Practical Rifle. Many of the characters here will be there.

And yes...PR is a must.....well only if you wanna be one of the "cool" kids..

But being the unofficial PR pimp, read the tacked thread above, come out and participate at least once. DO NOT come out "just to watch", as you will regret that decision immediatly. One of two things will happen.....either you will never be seen again, because it "aint your thing"..or you will become horribly corrupted like the rest of us have...

Ok cool. We'll definately try and make speed steel, but were signed up for the IPSC cert. the saturday of practical rifle.

Someone needs to come to speed steel and shoot .22s. Otherwise I'll win again and get an even bigger ego!

Of course, there's PR the following weekend too. Both are a blast. IPSC is fun too, but to be honest, pistols ain't my thing.

Look forward to meeting you at one of the upcoming matches.

If you and your dad are wanting to shoot IPSC, you must come out and try Speed Steel, It's like the "fly by the seat of your pants" version of pistol shooting. As mentioned already, just bring your pistol and about 250 rounds of ammo.
