I've read it about 21 times, but I still feel the need to verify this:

So the Nationwide AWB is gone as of 9/13.
However, NJ can only have 15 round mags and no AKs whatsoever.

Is that the real story?

Yes, our Ban does not sunset like the federal one.

No, there are Ak's that you can have here in NJ.

Our state ban will not sunset. You can have AKs as long as the meet the requirments that allowd us to get ARs in NJ.

Isn't there a way to repeal the NJ Ban?
What about the Law regarding technology that doesn't exist for handguns?

How do we overturn NJ's inane gun laws?

15 round mags, postban AK's (no F/H, bayo lug, folding stock).

On the up-side, there is a large pool of neutered hardware out there that needs to go SOMEWHERE.. Prices should improve on what we can buy, especially on used stuff as free people everywhere (but here) trash their useless, goodfernuthin postban setups
