Looking for some insight on NV DOC positions.  I recently accepted a position as a CO.  Due to prior education / experience, I will be hired as a CO, not a trainee.  Position is in So. NV.  Any advice / recommendations from NV DOC personnel?  Pay is not the greatest, but was wondering on work environment, benefits, retirement, etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
