Anybody seen any fliers for upcoming pistol classes? Nothing really on their website calendar...

I don't go out there enough to check the bulletin board but I know some do.

there's a regular concealed class coming up soon, but I don't know the dates.

There's also a carbine class on Nov 27, 28, 29 that I was considering

They had an advanced pistol class about 3 weeks ago. Hoplophile attended it and liked it. I took that one about 4 yrs ago it is quite good.

Awesome, I definitely have to look into that.

Anyone know what type of stance they teach in their pistol classes?

The basic pistol course at the NRA Range is November 15 and 16. If you plan on taking it you probably want to go by there and sign up as soon as you can, they fill up very fast.

I'm really hoping to attend the carbine class but I'm not sure if I'll be in town. I took a carbine class there several years ago but I need a refresher and this class is a different format than the one I took. This one should be better.

Are you sure it's 27,28,29? The 3 day classes normally run on Sun, Mon, Tue so this should be 28,29,30.

You can also sign up for it over the phone, give them a call.
That is how Sara and I signed up for the one we took last October.
