Anyone know of a class on the Middle Peninsula?  I have a friend who may be interested, but she doesn't want to drive to Richmond or NN.

There is one place that I know of.  It is held at the Middlesex Range.  The instructor is Macey White.  I have had a few friends attend and they really like the small class sizes and the class room located right next to the range.  I believe his prices are right in line with that of others.  The next class I think is June 11th, but I will look at my emails and double check (I am on the ranges mailing list). The cost is 50 each or 75 for a couple.  Here is his info for anyone else that is interested:

Macey White
1834 Twiggs Ferrrry Rd..
Hartfield,, VA 23071
804––776––9861

I hope that helps.  I can dig up more info if anyone else needs it.

We have a Utah permit class scheduled for Saturday, June 11th at the Bass Pro Shop in Hampton, Virginia

With that class, she can apply for not only a Utah permit, but we also provide an additional certificate that can be used to apply for the Virginia CHP as that class also meets Virginia's safety class requirement.

I don't know they are from, but it takes me over two hours to get to Newport News... (well almost)

Good training is hard to beat if the price is right.  Macey does a great job as well.  You even get to go to the range during the class and practice live fire drills.  Not bad for a CC class and great for beginners.

Thanks!  I know Macey, but wasn't thinking about him when I asked the question.
