Not far from me. even closer to where I grew up. My question is, whats the point of showing the guns if nothing is illegal. From what ive read, nothing indicates they were illegal...

The AR is probably OK, fixed stock, plain muzzle, I can't quite tell but I don't think there is a bayo lug.
AR mags appear to be aluminum so I'll give the benefit of the doubt that they're preban The AK appears to have a bayo lug and it has a folding stock, could be preban but who knows. In light of the fact that it was owned by druggies I'm going to doubt they were up to snuff on their AWB knowledge or compliance That AK mag is almost definitely illegal, appears to be a polymer tapco mag and as far as I know those were not made until after the fed ban expired in 2004 The 10/22 charger is illegal in NY. The mag is outside the pistol grip and it has a manufactured weight is 6 ounces over the limit. Makes me wonder if it is on a PP or if it was bought in PA or somewhere |

Because they were allegedly used in furtherance of their criminal conduct? Rare to see a complex drug operation where someone isn't already a felon, so maybe felon in possession issues? I have no problem with guns being seized from criminals. |
