These things in the press make all gun owners look bad. Here is yet another example of an idiot who thought the laws did not apply to him or that he would not get caught:

William Michael Hogan pleaded guilty to one count of an indictment charging him with engaging in the business of selling firearms without a license at LB’s Pawn & Guns in Romney, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of West Virginia.
Hogan, who appeared before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel on May 22, faces a maximum sentence of five years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul T. Camiletti. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
