Skagit Arms and Wholesale Sports if you are in the NW part of the State.  Both have a good selection of all the essentials.

Kesselrings already mentioned but they have everything too.

I was at Wholesale Sports on Tuesday and they were looking pretty bare.

They couldn't keep shit in stock at all during the 2008 panic.  Kesselrings was and is my go-to place

Kesselrings is a great store. Not too heavy on the AR's , but in nearly every other respect, a very respectable business!

They were OK on powder/primers.  I was only looking for 77 gr SMK, and they were out.  Slim on other .224 projectiles

Cabela's used to keep a surprisingly good supply of 77 SMK's.

They're conveniently located near the Gun Appreciation day festivities

I can't recommend Doug enough.
Good guy, small business, not looking to screw anyone

www.upammosupply.com

plus I know he does a lot of driving and hand delivers stuff to his regular customers if he's going that way.
Your best bet is to just call him rather than order online because what he has is more than what his web site shows.

Hope this helps

Thanks for all the suggestions.

A lot of he online retailers are sold out of .223 components.
Plus I like to support local shops.

.223 components are hard to find online or locally at the moment.  Just the nature of the market of the moment.  At the same time there was a run on AR's people started a run on .223 ammo components.

Here is the list of local places west of the mountains that I purchase reloading components with good success.

Wholesale Sports in Federal Way
Wholesale Sports in Lacey
Cabelas in Lacey
Sportsmans Warehouse in Puyallup
Sportco in Fife
Pintos in Renton

Good luck.  Primers and powder can be found, it's brass and projectiles that are scarce...
