Okay I need some AR15 magazines and want to get some 30 rounders.( Already have some 20's )
I know thw AWB didn't sunset here in NY so here's my question.

What Hicaps are legal to buy ?
Must they have been produced prior to 1994 ?

A guy was selling of bunch of Center Industries 30's but he said they were stamped 1999 on them.

Yes, you will need pre 1994 magazines.
