I have a Bachelors in Business Administration (Marketing), Fortune 500 marketing experience, former Army Special Operations with multiple combat deployments, local LEO experience, no drug or alcohol problems, good credit, a highly internal locus of control, and a good work ethic.

Oh yeah, wife (to be) is a certified veterinary technician currenlty working in specialty practice in Portland Oregon. She also has an English/Journalism Bachelors degree.

I appreciate that. Any specific ideas? I have a couple friends in Dallas & really like what I've seen of Texas.

Hey Greentimber,  I used to run around the 4-corners area.  Try Cortez/Durango area.
LEO, small town but a nice place to live.  There are casinos poppin' up in that area...security??

If possible, Tribal police??  I know Durango has tons of land marketing(sales) jobs

I know its a little farther south but Gallup(New Mexico) has a good police force.

Don't forget the sheriff's office/deputy jobs in that area.    BIA, in the area I'm talking about might need help. I think the BIA might be federal related.   Also, don't count yourself out on teaching(public schools/Indian schools) or working for the school district at the administration office.

Texas/Houston schools usually have an inhouse(at the school) business manager.
