Howdy howdy howdy.  I thought it might be good to start this thread, and I guess I beat GMW to it by a bit.  So here we are!

If you've got a seat or two or can guide, post here.  Post when you're leaving, and from where, or if you can make some pit-stops to meet and pick-up / guide someone.

Also, post if you're looking for a ride / guide.  Post when you'd be available to meet, and where.

That's a whole 'nother thread.  By the time we have a couple days before the shoot, there will be 106 threads concerning carpools, Exit 77, Tannerite, forgotten items, pie, and anything else you can think of.

Well actually, the original post asked people to post requests for rides and/or guides, so this is a perfectly appropriate thread to post it in

Now for my on-topic post for this thread:  it looks like I (and one other)  am in need of a ride to LCR on Friday, and back on Sunday.  Any time on Friday *should* be acceptable, and the earlier the better.  I can guide, I just lack the transportation.

Will that "one other" be needing a booster seat?

She said that no, she does not need a booster seat.

I will be heading out from Lacey (Exit 109ish) on Saturday, the time yet is undetermined. If you need a guide/ride in then let me know and I can work my uncertain schedule around yours

If anyone needs a ride up from the "south" on Friday IM me......that is if you don't mind sitting ontop of a bunch of ammo and tannerite  (no smoking of course)

J/K the back seat of my truck should be open

I don't have a clue where I'm going, but I have an extra seat (or two if there isn't much gear being taken).  I'll be going up sometime Friday, and coming back on Sunday.  I think I'll be meeting GMW and PCR someplace around noonish if my memory isn't totally screwed up.
OR if you know where to go, and just need a ride, then we can leave whenever.  How much room do you need voils?  I can pick you up on-post with no problem.

I'm thinking of leaving Tacoma about 9:00am sat, what is easy for a link up?
I can change times...

Not sure of my schedule yet.  I might have to leave from work Friday afternoon and leave for back home Saturday evening.

I shouldn't need too much room, but I do plan on taking my (very small) girlfriend with me.  I'll probably have a tent, an air mattress, my rifle, and about a gym-bag's worth of gear.  She'll have a sleeping bag and probably a backpack.

I'll be coming from Kent (West Hill.)  Plan on sleeping in the Blazer, but there should be room for a rider or two on the way down.
I can get on post, as long as AKAI doesn't check what's in the truck...  Most of it was registered on post, years ago, but I have no idea whether it still is or not...

ETA: When I went back to add this, the board was down!
Planning on going Friday evening, but may change mind.  Will probably want guide.

I'd like to know what TRG drives. Yesterday, about 1700, I saw a new, red GTO, with a plate that read......REDGOAT. Coincidence? I think not.

All I could see was a red X (work computer)  Was it by chance a pic of your lap?

Well, sometimes life is content with Peaceful Coexistance, and sometimes...
I am still getting over whatever the hell I got the day of Oly Day at the Range.
Plus, staffing is so short in Sundays that, in addtion to the usual manner in which stupidity multiplys in my absence, I cannot in good conscience take Sunday off.
Plus (2) I had a minor back blowout today (even worse, it was while taking a leak, "Not Duty Related"!) so camping out in the back of the Blazer is a Bad Idea...

Anway, I'll be at Exit 77 P 'n' R by 0900 ready to join the convoy.

It's now Official. I am attending the OdT Bi-Monthly Firewood Race and Gravel Scramble. I will depart Spanaway at least by 0900, Sattidy. I shall be returning same day. Anyone needing a ride, LMK. If you like, you may leave your scooters, wagons or unicycles at my place for the neighbors to admire or pick parts off. I have a 4 door pickittyup with an 8 foot box. Right now, it looks like I'm going solo, so 3 to 4 more would fit. Downside: the word smoke or anything related to it will bring on flogging. Upside: we can fart, cuss, listen to anything we want, except (c)rap. However, if you have any rap, bring it. We can always use shiny round targets. As was stated previously, I'm coming back Sattidy night. One way customers are acceptable, as are donuts, ammo, coffee or old photos of your ex-girlfriends.

I actually know the answer to this bit of trivia....I passed it several times on the way to the Hun farm thanks to the brilliant navigation skills of 1Nutgummer.
