Looked up this clown in CCAP.  What a piss poor excuse the state and Kenosha Co. have in their prosecutor/judge ranks.  Nailed previously for CCW as a REPEAT offender.  Later that year arrested as a felon in possession.  Fails to appear, warrant issued.  Picked up almost a year later and after a bunch of back and forth BS in court, charges were dismissed.  Seems if the court had done it's job, this trash would have been locked up and this shooting would have been prevented.  But yeah, let's blame guns and the cops.  I'd really like to hear the story behind why those earlier sharges were dismissed.
