There are a few off road parks in East Texas that allow jeeps and trucks, but I'm not sure which ones are which.  The one we used to go to in Alto closed down last year

Muddy Bottoms up in North Louisiana will allow jeeps and some trucks in for the ride on Nov 12.  Very nice park.  I'll probably be there for that ride.

I know whiskey bay has gravel roads all thrrough out.  I may make a trip up there after hunting season . I eish they would open the state parks to jeeps and charge by vehicle size.   Some serious revenue being missed . And as for "the jeep eill tear up the road" im sure with all the rangers watching and enforcing it, the extra money to maintain and people in the parks it would be a stimulus

You might hook up with these guys.

I went to school with Josh, and he's as good of a guy as it gets.

It depends on what you want to get in to. If you want rock crawling type then Catahoula recreation area is a good place with lots of challenges. http://atvdirtbikerecreation.com/

Were are you located? I know most of the jeep clubs around the state and a lot of connections in the jeep community.
