Records and analyzes customer reports, troubleshoots and recommends corrective actions to resolve user issues.
Coordinates with and escalates to other Data Center engineers to resolve problems as necessary.
Guides callers through PC menus to help with account setup, password maintenance, printing, connectivity, email, Microsoft Office products, and a wide variety of applications.
Minimum of 2 years providing remote technical support to end users.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Well developed oral and written communication skills.
Strong familiarity with PCs and peripherals.
Must be able to maintain superior customer service at all times with all users.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Exchange, Citrix servers, Microsoft Terminal Services and Internet software is required.
Successful candidates must possess at least a two-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
