It's a good thing I spend these motherfugging hot and humid days in air conditioned offices, and the beach while not the customary 20 degrees cooler, still is better than inland

I caught about 50 droplets of drizzle on my car on the way to work this morning, up the 405 from Costa Mesa to Culver City.  My car is diiiiirrrrrty too.  I wish it would just rain already.

It caame down hard at Brea-Olinda High School and Knotts Berry Farm but I in the middle just got enough dotting to mess up the clean windshield twice.

It looked like good old Virginia Thunderstorm Weather most of the day, felt like it too.

Yep, I'm in Westchester (near LAX) and we got a bunch of rain, in small spurts this morning.  I can handle some heat, it's the humidity I can't stand.

Next week should be in the low 70's again...  I hope.

Stay cool all!

Not bad up in the high desert.

Got a drop or two of rain, decent breeze and about 35% humidity. The cloud cover kept the temp down a little.

We need to have a BBQ or something when it cools off, so we can all meet each other.   Us "PRK regulars".

Hehe.....try living up in the desert!

Hard to imagine our men/women in uniform, Level IV body armor, with gear/weapons, humping it in the big sand box.....it hotter weather than 109.

Just be sure to drink plenty of water......:)

It's muggy today in Culver City.  When I lived in Tucson it was hot, but it was (mostly) a dry heat.  I can't stand humidity.  The monsoon season in Tucson was absolutely horrible for me.

BBQ? *Ears perk up*

Well, wouldn't ya know that I just happen to be an RSO at a local So. Cal shooting range (Lytle Creek Firing Lines). Pick a date and lets see what shakes loose. This could work!

Cool off?

I'm in El Cajon.  It's 0120 local time and it's STILL 81 freaking degrees out!  I was out all day and got back just before midnight.  House was like an oven and still hasn't cooled down much.  Can't get to sleep.
