I have only been in ANC a few weeks and just heard about it on the radio and wonder if it's worth my time. Anyone been in the past?

The one that I went to I was very dissapointed.

IMHO the two shows south of the range that are decent are the Wasilla High School show later in the year and the Palmer Lions Show (Best show in AK) that is in March (IIRC)

I heard it on the radio too. In addition to guns, they'll have arts and crafts, sporting goods.... I have had it with the Anchorage shows.

I got a pretty good deal on a M1903.  Other than that it was kinda sparse.
