We took the first step this weekend and went over to Pa. to look at property, we found nice 5 acres parcels of land to build the new house on for under 25 grand.
We are getting closer to getting out, My house will go within two weeks the real estate people said and we believe them, the houses over here are going quick and for big money. This is the house we are going to build and my workshop separate.

Looks like a wonderful house, I hope it all goes smoothly for you.
Dont forget to write all your state reps and tell them the main reason your getting out of that POS state- THE FUCKED UP GUN LAWS! |

Yes I am leaving for that reason in part, the other reason is I will have no mortgage after I sell this place. |
