What are magazine laws in New York? Are there any restrictions?
Also, can you have mags but no guns in NYC? I know guns are a no no, but are mags verboten also? Thanks! Dram

NY State pretty much mirrors the federal AWB but with no expiration. Some cities have slightly stricter restrictions, Buffalo has some sort of 17 round limit from the pdf file of their law that I read, but I don't actually live in Buffalo so I don't care what their law is.

NYC has a 15 round limit on pistol mags. Mere possession of a magazine without a liscense is a no no . I forget if it's a felony or a misdermenor. I'll have to look it up.
