Just to say a quick hello to everyone here. I live in the Boonville area. Sorry I haven't posted much in this section here before now, but will be checking in nightly now. I am planning a trip up to the Fayette area this weekend to shoot my Ar-10 and M44. Supposed to be a rifle range for public use there. Not sure where it is but going to find it. Wife and kid off to Columbia to do some shopping so I'm going shooting. Anyone what to tag along give a holler. |

When coming from Boonville, turn left @ the stoplight and drive out of town a couple of miles. You will see the sign for Davis lake on the right. Turn there and follow the road around the lake. When the road forks, go right and there's the range. There is a large range north in Randolf county @ Rudolf Bennet wildlife area, but that would be almost a 1 hour drive for you. Jeff |

Your place is on my list of have to go places. I have been waiting for my Ar15 to come in so I can stop buy and have you put a Phantom flash suppresor on it. For now I need to get my Ar10 fired to make sure Armalite did not mess with the scope settings when I sent the rifle to them to have a trigger job done. Definately planning on making the big event next month. Plus I recently bought a dvd camcorder.... wanting to get some action shots for others here to see from your big event. I will make an effort to stop by and see if anyone is around this weekend after I have done a little shooting. Got a friend almost talked into buying an AR so will see if he wants to make a trip up to take a look around. |
