Anybody been in there lately?  I am cruising down to Richmond in a couple hours and have a few minutes to kill.  I am hoping to stumble on anything cool on the used rack, but I know better than to hold my breath too long....

I was there a couple of weeks ago.

They had a couple each of:

- SKSs in great shape
- No.4 Mk1s that were in "good" shape
- Yugo M-48s
- Mosin-Nagant 91/30s

They always have a boat load of handguns, shotguns, and target/hunting rifles. Plus a very large selection of ammunition. Prices are not the best, but better than some other shops.

One thing I have found out about Green Top, if anything you buy has a problem with it and you can take it back with no problems on returns if you have a receipt for it.

Prices may not be bottom price but they do have a very large selection of about everything.

Green Top has a bit of everything.

If you are looking for something that is not in high demand, talk to them.

I picked up a NIB Glock 29 a few years back for an offer I thought I would be escorted out for.

Got 20 rounds of ammo thrown in too.

I dealt with them when I had an FFL and they were a wholesaler, they were great to deal with.

Talk to them, I usually look for salesmen I recognize that have been there awhile and go for them.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Greentop is where I found the deal of the decade on a pair of Steyr Scout rifles.  Its a long story, but I ended up with one in .308 and one in .376, 5 mags for each, 2 ching slings, two sets of Talley rings and a dozen boxes of .376 ammo for $2200.

I know what SSDD means, but its presence in this thread appears to be a non sequitur, thus the .

I figured ghall got his threads confused...
