Hi,

The FIRE Institute has been conducting introductory level One Day Handgun classes with the next class scheduled for Sunday, August 7th. We had a cancellation and I am offering the opening free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. The course is held in Pittsburgh, PA.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of no criminal history (CCW permits suffice). You must also provide your own firearm, holster, spare magazine and pouch, eye and ear pro and ammunition.

If you've already attended a tactical pistol class then this is not the course for you. I'd prefer to offer the opening to a novice shooter looking to acquire a basic understanding of firearms safety and basic technique.

Will someone who complains about training being too expensive please take the man up on his offer. Probably be the best thing you can do for yourself.

I can't believe no one has taken this spot yet. The Fire Institute is a great place to learn some new skills or polish some old ones. I have taken two classes from these guys and TonyF was one of the instructors in both of these clases. He is very knowledgeable at what he teaches and is a true gun nut. If you have a question he can answer it or can get you an answer from one of the other instructors. And best of all ITS FREE
