I may be doing a FTF with my shotgun. Are there any templates for creating a transfer or bill of sale that i need to know about? Or required items like name,address,dl etc? Thanks |

Legally, all you have to do is verify the person is 18 years or older and a Florida resident. You also can't knowingly sell to a convicted felon. Simply asking them if they are is all you need to do to C.Y.A. Beyond that, you can ask to see someone's concealed weapon permit if they have one, or you can use a form like this one from FSN http://floridashootersnetwork.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=7447 Not required, but if it helps you sleep at night then have at it. |
