Well, I said you can buy them on the internet right now, but I was actually anticipating them being in stock soon. It appears that no FRT trigger, from anybody, not just Rare Breed, is currently available.
There is no legal battle with the ATF right now. The lawsuit filed in 2021 was dismissed.
The ATF has been threatening FFLs who stock it and seizing inventory. According to Rare Breed, they raided one of their vendors, making it impossible to sell for weeks now. I have not seen anything confirming that "raid." Has anybody else? A raid is usually done with a search warrant signed by a federal judge.
Anyway, the bottom line is that these type of triggers appear to be unavailable right now, without any actual court action by the ATF and without any criminal charges against anybody.
