Heard from a friend recently that Oklahoma has legislation in the pipeline to ban exploding targets.

Has anyone else heard of this?

I just bought a few lbs worth today from Atwoods and plan on shooting it next weekend.  He said they are wanting to ban it because too many people are doing stupid shit.

I figured it was only a matter of time.  Every time you turn on the TV there's someone using it as a "legal" explosive to blow up all kinds of stuff including cars.  YouTube has even more examples of using it for "unusual" uses.  Now when you put that information into the little twisted brains of politicians, the inevitable result is them banning the stuff.  Nanny state and all that....you know they've spent untold thousands of dollars sitting around after the lunchtime cocktail hour/hours coming up with the most horrible "what if" scenarios to psuedojustify them banning the stuff, for safety of the people of course, after all, this kind of power in the hands of Joe Citizen will surely result in mayhem and insurrection of biblical proportions!!! Or at least some YouTube videos.... either way it must be dealt with!
