Completely overcast in Ames. Can't see a thing. It's a bit dark, like early evening.

A buddy of mine and his son and I drove out almost to Wyoming, north of Mitchell Nebraska to be sure we had clear skies.
I only had the camera on my phone so did not get any pics worth a crap.
But, neener neener! It was AWESOME!

it was rainy/cloudy all day. Actually it was darker when the storm rolled through after the eclipse then it was during the eclipse.
It was AWESOME!
