On may way into the city around 1:45 pm today 8/21/2017 lower level there is on-going traffic for the last several weeks. As I merged into the lane shift diverted by traffic cones I noticed a guy against the wall section of the lower level in handcuffs. As I was slowed by other onlookers I also noticed about 4 unmarked cars and one of the plainclothes guys kneeling down at the rear door rocker panel. I couldn't help notice about 40 to 50 boxes piled up on the trunk of the dudes car. I would say they were as long as a shoe box and half the depth. Someone is in some serious trouble

Should have thrown him in front of the tractor trailers on the on coming lane.

Nothing new for the Cross Bronx/95.  I don't thing there is a time of day when there is no traffic.
