Are county libraries off limits for licensed CCW?
If not, what about county libraries within 1000' of a school? I've been trying to decipher the laws of Ohio, but .gov owned buildings is fuzzy for me. Thanks. |

In the context of the quoted statute, "shelter" is used in the sense of a picnic shelter. |
