I have carried concealed for over 13 years outside of Georgia, but laws are different in each state.  I am waiting for my carry permit from Fulton County, and in the meantime I had a question for you.

When I lived in Pennsylvania, if you were carrying concealed and your shirt printed the outline of a handgun, the cops didn't consider that concealed carry since everyone could see that you had a gun.  You wouldn't get arrested necessarily, but they could take your firearm from you and make it a pain in the ass.

I looked through all the laws of Georgia, but I couldn't find anything regarding this.  I am assuming (possibly incorrectly) that since you can open carry in Georgia legally with a permit, it won't matter if your shirt is printing the outline of your gun.

Can you let me know your thoughts on this, or if anyone has a legal snippet from one of the Georgia law books.

Thanks!

There are no laws about printing in GA.  As long as you have a GFL, you can carry openly, concealed or anywhere in between.

Check out this page for GA's gun laws "in plain English": www.georgiapacking.org/law.php

Just a suggestion but if you haven't already you should join Georgiacarry.org and definitely check out Georgiapacking.org.

You can print all day long and the sheeple will probably not think much of it. Since im in vacation, ive been wearing my weekend wear (medium t shirts) and nobody has even said anything or looked at me odd. i guess my regular shirts (large polos and t's) can shrink a little.
