I am looking into getting my Class II manufactureing Liscence and possibly a SOT.  I want to know if anyone can tell me of the pit falls for operating in the state of Indiana.  I have some weapons designs and other weapon related ideas I want to bring to the market.  Info I'm interested in is what is the market, insurance rates, state requirements, and taxes that maybe additional.  If there are any Class II/ Class III/SOT's out there that can help it would be appreciated.
Also, is it better to incorperate or just stay a DBA.

You might try asking in the M16 Forum here on AR15.COM. Definitely a lot more exposure there.

Also, fellow Hoosier ARFCOM member "Jigga" is my Class 3 dealer. Even though he's not a Class 2 manufacturer, he may be able to answer your questions if you IM him.
