What it doesnt tell you is that this tool bag left his 9 year old daughter in his apartment while he was playing RAMBO in the alley. A smart person would have simply got a plate number and called the cops instead of grabbing a court appointed pistol and being a back alley hero. I wish I was a "Mall Cop" too.
What do you think he will end up getting out of this?

Personally if I had to jump on the hood of the car to avoid being hit, I would have shot before the jump on, I can see that as fear of life or great bodily injury. Shooting at his backside after the fact will likely get him in the end.

I was thinking (mostly because I know the accused) that the poor guy in the car was probably scared for his life (seeing a guy point a gun at him) and was just trying to get the hell out of Dodge!! Still would have been better to leave your gun in the house and let the law deal with the issue.
