Since I did a lot of buying over the internet in the last year, I needed to find a cheap but good place to do the transfers.  I found a pawn shop in Everret by the name of Sound Loans on Wetmore Street  handing my transfers.  The cost of a rifle is $15 dollars and a pistol is $20.  I have not used him in about 4 months but that what I was paying.  The good thing is he's open on Saturdays and he gives you a signed copy of the FFL  so you can mail it to whoever you are dealing with.
Just wanted to pass the info around.
