We learned a few years ago to not go hunting with Bobby Knight. Not only is he obviously reckless with the muzzle end of a shotgun, he's pretty much above the law.
Now we can add our vice president to the list! When the VP accidentally sprays you with birdshot, your only recourse is to smile (if you can) and thank him. I would imagine that anything more aggressive would result your not being seen by anyone again.

I thought the version at AR-50's link sounded a lot like them too. (But it's been a few years since I've heard their version...)
